Behavior
Attendees are asked to behave in a professional, appropriate manner at all Events. GLDS reserves the right to refuse entry, or to require an attendee to leave, if the attendee’s behavior is determined to be inappropriate for the event.
Photography and Promotion
Attendees acknowledge that cameras, and other audio and video recording devices, will be used BAM! events. Attendees consent to being filmed or photographed by GLDS, its representatives, or by other attendees, and to GLDS using your name, likeness, image and/or voice in such photographs or films for the purpose of promoting this and any future events, services and products. No remuneration is payable for such use.
Opt-In Email
Attendees who opt into “Attendee Communication” at registration will receive an attendee list, which will include each opt-in attendee’s Name, Company, Title, and Email Address. Mobile numbers will not be shared.
Event Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, your request must be submitted in writing. Please include your name, and company name, and e-mail your request to christine.beal@glds.com.
Due to administrative and activity costs, we are unable to provide a refund for cancellations received fewer than 60 days before the first day of the event. Registrations canceled within 60 days of the event will receive a credit for use at a future GLDS event. It will be the responsibility of the cancelling attendee to maintain accurate record of such a credit for future registration use.
